Flat Fee MLS Guides
A flat-fee MLS listing is a brokerage product, not a FSBO workaround. Your house goes on the same MLS agents search. You pay $95 to list instead of a 2 to 3 percent listing commission. You still have a licensed broker on the file. You do more of the work a listing agent used to do.
If you are new, start with What Is a Flat Fee MLS Listing. The comparison posts (Houzeo, how to avoid realtor fees) are for when you already know the model and want to see what $399 or 1 percent actually includes.
