Right from the start, they were very helpful and understanding of my needs. They were totally transparent and honest and had my property listed very quickly. The customer support is exceptional. They responded to all emails within an hour and had a resolutions quickly. Unfortunately, I had to terminate my contract because for sale by owner was not giving me the results I wanted and had to hire a realtor, but Home Rise, as promised upfront, canceled my contract with them quickly and with no additional fees.
