Essentials is $95 to list, plus $495 only if you close. Advanced is $495 to list, plus $995 only if you close. Buyer-agent compensation, title fees, transfer taxes and other transaction costs are separate.

Which Pennsylvania MLS boards does HomeRise cover?

How long does it take to go live?

Most sellers go live within 24–72 hours after submitting listing details and completing the compliance call. Photos, missing information and listing requirements can affect timing. Confirm your launch date during setup.

What if I cancel before my listing goes live?

HomeRise’s current offer includes a refund of the upfront listing fee if you cancel before the listing goes live. Review the cancellation terms for your selected plan before paying.

Are transfer taxes included in my HomeRise fee?

No. Pennsylvania and local transfer taxes, title charges and other settlement costs are separate. Ask your settlement provider for an itemized estimate for your exact address. Local tax rates can differ across municipalities.
