Why we’re here

Support that fits. Savings that matter.

Your experience, confidence, and time should shape your plan. Helping you save should be part of every option.

If you’re confident managing a sale, simple access to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) may be all you need. Our flat fee plans give you that reach while keeping your listing costs low. You bring the experience; we help get your home in front of buyers.

If you want more guidance, Full Service connects you with top-performing agents at rates negotiated in advance. You get hands-on expertise for the decisions that matter, with a listing fee designed to help you keep more of your equity.

Our job is to make those tradeoffs clear, so you can choose the support that earns its place in your budget.

What is HomeRise?

HomeRise is a Newfound real estate services brand that matches sellers with different levels of support and cost. Confident, experienced sellers can choose simple flat fee MLS access. Sellers who want more hands-on help can connect with top-performing full-service agents at prenegotiated listing rates. Both approaches are designed to help sellers save. Availability and services vary by market.

Is HomeRise a licensed real estate brokerage?

No. HomeRise is not a licensed brokerage. Essentials and Advanced provide MLS listing services while sellers handle pricing, showings, offers, and negotiations. Full Service connects sellers with a licensed agent. Colorado’s separate Flat Full Service plan includes agent representation. Check the plan and agreement for the services and representation available for your property.

How is HomeRise connected to Newfound?

HomeRise is part of the Newfound family, which also includes Houwzer and Trelora. Each brand has its own services and market availability. Being part of the same family does not mean every brand offers the same plan or that every HomeRise plan includes agent representation.

Who is HomeRise for?

HomeRise is for sellers who want the level of support and cost to fit their needs. Confident, experienced sellers can keep listing costs low with flat fee MLS access while handling the sale themselves. Sellers who want hands-on guidance can choose a vetted full-service agent at a prenegotiated rate. Compare your experience, time, budget, and local plan options before deciding.

How can I check HomeRise’s track record?

Visit the HomeRise Reviews page to read selected four- and five-star Google reviews and see the overall Google rating. The page also explains the homes-listed count. As of September 9, 2026, 3,417 homes had been listed with HomeRise; that measures listings that entered the Active stage, not completed sales. Individual seller experiences vary.

How does HomeRise help sellers save at different support levels?

With flat fee MLS plans, sellers take on pricing, showings, offers, and negotiations in exchange for a lower listing fee. With Full Service, HomeRise connects sellers with vetted agents at prenegotiated listing rates. Agents receive a stream of clients through HomeRise, reducing the time and money they spend finding business. In exchange, they agree to those rates. Actual savings depend on your plan, sale price, and the fee you compare; buyer-agent compensation and other closing costs are separate.

Where does HomeRise offer service?

Availability depends on your property address, local MLS, and selected plan. Use the MLS coverage page to explore your state or city, then confirm coverage for your address during listing setup. Full Service availability and Colorado’s separate plan may differ from other flat fee MLS plans.
