A Flat Fee MLS listing lets you put your home on the same Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that traditional agents use — but instead of paying a 2.5–3% listing commission, you pay a one-time flat fee. Your property still appears on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and hundreds of other sites.
Your $95 Essential package covers your MLS listing with unlimited photos, syndication to Zillow, Realtor.com and 100+ sites, unlimited listing changes, and dedicated support. The listing stays active until your home sells. A $495 document processing fee is due only at closing. Need a professional yard sign and lockbox? State governments require that a licensed real estate broker involved in the sale of a property retain, file, and produce an audit on every home sold. The $495 document processing fee covers the costs associated with this compliance — including transaction documentation, regulatory filing, and record-keeping. This fee is only due at closing, so you pay nothing additional upfront.
Since the NAR settlement in 2024, sellers are no longer required to offer buyer agent compensation on the MLS. You can choose to offer a buyer agent commission, a flat fee, or nothing at all. Your HomeRise listing assistant can help you decide the best strategy for your market.
